Noam Chomsky: Education is not memorizing that Hitler killed six million Jews. Education is understanding how millions of ordinary Germans were convinced that it was required. Education is learning how to spot the signs of history repeating itself. wordsmith.social/protestation/…

Simone de Beauvoir: Never forget that it only takes one political, economic or religious crisis for women's rights to be put in jeopardy. Those rights are never to be taken for granted; you must remain vigilant throughout your life. wordsmith.social/protestation/…

Malcolm X: The number one weapon of 20th century imperialism is Zionist dollarism, and one of the main bases for this weapon is Zionist Israel. The ever-scheming European imperialists wisely placed Israel where she could geographically divide the Arab world, infiltrate and sow the seed of dissension among African leaders and also divide the Africans against the Asians. wordsmith.social/protestation/…

Curieusement, c'est aussi le titre français du film "How to Save a Marriage and Ruin Your Life" de Fielder Cook (1968).

Enver Hoxha: The United States of America is the main supporter of all the anti-Arab political and military actions of the state of Israel. If the anti-Arab plans are carried out by Tel Aviv, they are prepared and put on paper in Washington. wordsmith.social/protestation/…

William Z. Foster: No one who knows the American capitalist class, with its long record of war aggression, brutality in strikes, slaughter of workers in industry, persecution against the Negro people, etc., can doubt but that the reactionaries would use every available means of Social-Democratic treachery and of outright violence to prevent or destroy any government that cut into their rule and into their robbery of the people. wordsmith.social/protestation/…

Santiago Ramón y Cajal: There is no doubt that the human mind is fundamentally incapable of solving these formidable problems (the origin of life, nature of matter, origin of movement, and appearance of consciousness). Our brain is an organ of action that is directed toward practical tasks; it does not appear to have been built for discovering the ultimate causes of things, but rather for determining their immediate causes and invariant relationships. wordsmith.social/protestation/…

Santiago Ramón y Cajal: In summary, there are no small problems. Problems that appear small are large problems that are not understood. wordsmith.social/protestation/…

George L. Jackson: This is a huge nation (America) dominated by the most reactionary and violent ruling class in the history of the world, where the majority of the people just simply cannot understand that they are existing on the misery and discomfort of the world. wordsmith.social/protestation/…

Mao Zedong: We are opposed to die-hards in the revolutionary ranks whose thinking fails to advance with changing objective circumstances and has manifested itself historically as right opportunism. These people fail to see that the struggle of opposites has already pushed the objective opposed to "left" phrase-mongering. The thinking of "leftists" outstrips a given stage of development of the objective process; some regard their fantasies as truth, while others strain to realize in the present an ideal which can only be realized in the future. They alienate themselves from the current practice of the majority of the people and from the realities of the day, and show themselves adventurist in their actions. wordsmith.social/protestation/…

Miguel Díaz-Canel: Pessimism is not the nature of revolutionaries. That is not an option for those of us who believe a better world is possible. wordsmith.social/protestation/…

Fidel Castro: My idea, as the whole world knows, is that the capitalist system now doesn't work either for the United States or the world, driving it from crisis to crisis, which are each time more serious. wordsmith.social/protestation/…

Lenin: Victory will go to the exploited, for with them is life, the strength of numbers, the strength of the masses, the strength of inexhaustible sources of all that is unselfish, high-principled, honest, forward-straining, and awakening. wordsmith.social/protestation/…

Friedrich Engels: With the seizing of the means of production by society, production of commodities is done away with, and, simultaneously, the mastery of the product over the producer. Anarchy in social production is replaced by systematic, definite organization. wordsmith.social/protestation/…

Howard Zinn: If you don’t know history, it’s as if you were born yesterday. If you were born yesterday then any leader can tell you anything. wordsmith.social/protestation/…
